Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Covid Delivery Delays

Delivery delays do occasionally occur. Currently there are delays throughout all courier and postage options due to COVID19. Your package is sent within 24 hours of your order, but once it is with the couriers it is beyond our control. You should recieve a tracking number which is the best way to keep track of where your parcel is at.

**Please Note WA is taking around 10-16 days for delivery at the moment, VIC 5-7 days SA 7-10 days

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Crate Day can not ship to PO Boxes and need to be shipped to physical addresses.

 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

GST

All products include GST unless otherwise stated.

Damages

Crateday.com.au is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
